#1 · Dec 31, 2022 I am interested in a Superstar Components head angle slackening (2 degrees) headset. I noticed they will not ship to USA. Does anybody know why tis is? UK Made Headset - Complete. www.superstarcomponents.com. For the top set which includes bearing, cups and top cap you need Type 5 (ZS56/28.6) in whatever colour you prefer. For the bottom set which also includes bearing, cup and crown race (for the fork) you need Type E (ZS56/40) again in any colour you prefer.

Recent issues with rear wheel rims splitting at spokes, the response was that this happens with some rims and is just wear and tear. A small discount towards new wheels would have placated me but they weren't interested. Lost a customer now, shame. Date of experience: July 28, 2020. Sandy Watson.

All are forged aluminium construction, which is post CNC machined. All include A2 Stainless steel top cap bolts, alloy top cap and a SFN.

This is the Slackerizer from Superstar Components. There are a handful of brands that make angle-adjust headsets and I chose one machined in the UK by Superstar Components with 2° of added lean. The headset includes all the usual components: two cups, two bearings, a crown race, top cap and preload bolt, star nut, compression shim, and dust cap.
